Hank Prisman is  the Co-Founder and strategic partner at H&S Ledgers.  Prior to H&S Ledgers, Hank worked at TD Bank as a derivative trader and later as a finance executive, managing the bank’s balance sheet,  monitoring and refining the hedge accounting program as well as the bank’s overall interest rates and FX positions.

About Hank

In 2014 Hank established a real estate company specializing in the acquisition, stabilization and management of both single family rental homes (SFR) and multi family apartment buildings,  with a heavy focus on the SFR market, specifically on section 8 housing.  Since 2014, the company has grown rapidly,  currently owns and manages over 1000 units and continues to acquire large packages of SFRs in the greater Detroit area.

In building the management company, Hank had to establish a robust back office to facilitate the management of the SFRs as well as robust bank/internal reporting, bookkeeping and accounting practices, which eventually led him to Co-Found H&S legers and offer these services to small and mid size businesses in a wide array of disciplines ranging from: Automotive, Real Estate, Restaurant and legal practices.

Hank Prisman has an MBA (Finance) and a BA (Economics) from the Schulich School of Business and Tel Aviv University, and is married with four children and a dog.
